Expansion modules with safety relay contacts

General information

Expansion modules are controlled by the output contacts of safety central units. These modules supply the central unit with a mechanically forced feedback signal and the PLC or any other use with an auxiliary signal.
As a consequence, the module can act as an expansion for the number and capacity of safety contacts.
IMPORTANT: Central units can comply with safety standards. As a consequence, the module shall be connected according to the diagram specified by the safety central unit manufacturer.
